Compact holdalls of 50 to 56cm are plenty for a night or two away. Our Castelijn & Beerens and A. Eriksson leather holdalls are made for city breaks and hotel stays, with a detachable shoulder strap. For a lighter, cheaper option, try the Enrico Benetti Holdall.
A 60L duffle bag at just 1.3kg, made from recycled materials. Its water-resistant coating handles light rain and splashes (not fully waterproof). Carry it by the handles, over the shoulder or as a backpack.
For a week away, sports kit or ski gear, a wheeled holdall saves your shoulders. The Enrico Benetti Brussels (79L) and American Tourister Urban Track (84L) are both sized for checked baggage.

Leather looks smart, ages well and suits business or leisure. Our Castelijn & Beerens holdalls use Italian leather with an RFID zipped compartment. Fabric holdalls are lighter and easier to wipe clean.
Carry holdalls suit light packers on trains, taxis and hotel stays. Wheeled holdalls suit heavy packing and checked baggage, and ours suit a 20 to 23kg allowance.
Flying? The Enrico Benetti 55cm holdall and the brown A. Eriksson leather holdall are compact enough that they may be accepted as cabin baggage. The 79L Brussels and 68cm Urban Track are checked baggage only. Airline limits vary, so check your airline's current rules before you fly.
For a weekend, a holdall of about 50 to 60cm is usually enough. Our leather weekender holdalls measure 51 to 56cm in length. For a few extra days, the 60L Samsonite Ecodiver gives you more room.
It depends on the airline and your ticket. The Enrico Benetti 55cm holdall is listed as cabin-size, and the brown A. Eriksson leather holdall is described as cabin-compatible. The 79L Brussels and 84L Urban Track are for checked baggage. Check your airline's current limits before you travel.
There is little difference. Both are soft, zip-top bags for travel and sport. "Holdall" is the more common word in Ireland and the UK, while "duffle bag" or "duffel bag" is also widely used.
A large wheeled holdall gives you the most space and is easiest to move through airports. Our American Tourister Urban Track (84L) and Enrico Benetti Brussels (79L) are both wheeled and suit a 20 to 23kg checked baggage allowance.
The Samsonite Ecodiver Duffle Bag has a water-resistant coating that protects against light rain and splashes. It is not fully waterproof and should not be submerged.
We stock leather weekend holdalls from Castelijn & Beerens and A. Eriksson. The Castelijn & Beerens holdalls are made from Italian leather with an RFID zipped compartment. The November also has a separate shoe compartment. The A. Eriksson holdalls have a detachable shoulder strap and zipped pockets. Some can be slid over a suitcase handle.
Delivery is 2 to 3 business days within Ireland from our Limerick store. EU delivery takes 5 to 8 business days. Returns are accepted for a full refund within 14 days.
