Returns & Replacements.
Returns must be unused with original packaging, tags and labels within 14 days of receipt.

Carew's will replace or refund any item which is deemed by both the customer and Carew's to be faulty.  This does not include wear and tear or misuse of the item.

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to:

either by post or in person. (Delivery Charges are not refundable).
