Yes — this adaptor converts Irish/UK Type G plugs to European Type E/F sockets, covering France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, and most of mainland Europe.
Does it convert voltage?
No. This is a plug adaptor only — it does not convert voltage. Most modern devices (phones, laptops, cameras) are dual-voltage (100–240V) and work fine. Always check your device label before use.
Can I use the USB-C port and the adaptor at the same time?

Will this work in Switzerland?
No — Switzerland uses a unique Type J socket. This adaptor is not compatible with Switzerland.
Will it work in Italy?
Partially — in Italy it only fits Schuko (Type F) sockets, not the older Italian Type L sockets found in some older buildings.
Is it safe to use with high-power devices like hair dryers or kettles?
