Important airline size note
This bag measures 39 × 29.5 × 20cm. Ryanair and Aer Lingus currently list 40 × 30 × 20cm for the small personal item. Airline rules and allowances can change, so always check the baggage allowance attached to your booking before you fly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What are Ryanair & Aer Lingus under-seat bag size rules?
Both Ryanair and Aer Lingus allow 1 small personal item for basic fare tickets with maximum target dimensions of 40 × 30 × 20 cm. This bag must fit completely under the seat in front of you without blocking the aisle.
Q: Does the CabinZero Classic 28L fit into the Ryanair sizer box?
Yes! Measuring 39 × 29.5 × 20 cm, it is custom-designed to match the under-seat limits. Because it is a soft-shell bag, if you compress the side straps slightly, it slides right into the blue airport sizer boxes effortlessly.
Q: What happens if I overpack the bag?
If stuffed to bursting, any bag can bulge past official depth limits. To prevent gate fees, use the built-in side compression straps to cinch down the thickness of the bag back into allowance limits before boarding.
Q: Do I need to buy "Priority Boarding" or an extra cabin bag ticket?
No! The CabinZero 28L counts as a standard "free personal item" included with basic Saver fares. You do not need to pay extra for Priority or 10kg overhead cabin baggage options.
Q: Will a laptop fit inside this bag?
Yes, it includes a dedicated suspended laptop sleeve that fits laptops up to 15.6 inches safely off the bottom of the bag.

"Surprised by how much fits inside"
Lightweight, super durable, and cavernous! Used packing cubes and fit a week's worth of clothes plus my laptop. The lockable zippers are a nice touch for peace of mind.

"Great quality & ultra light"
The bag weighs almost nothing empty, leaving all your weight allowance for actual clothes. Side carry handle is super convenient when pulling it out from under the plane seat.
